Our Services

CCS Heating & Renewables provides heating and renewable energy installation services including heat pumps, solar panels, boilers, battery storage, EV chargers, underfloor heating, and hot water cylinders.

Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices include supply, installation, commissioning, and all applicable certifications. VAT is charged at the prevailing rate (0% for qualifying residential solar and battery installations).

Deposits and Payment

A deposit may be required to secure your installation date. The remaining balance is due upon satisfactory completion of the work. Payment terms are detailed in your individual quotation.

Warranties

All installations come with a workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment as specified by the manufacturer. MCS certified installations are covered by the MCS Consumer Code.

Cancellation

You have 14 days from the date of signing a contract to cancel without charge, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you have requested work to begin within the 14-day period, you may be liable for reasonable costs incurred.

Liability

We carry public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract unless otherwise required by law.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us in the first instance. MCS certified work is also covered by the MCS Consumer Code, which provides an independent dispute resolution process.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
