TrustMark
The UK government-endorsed quality scheme for tradespeople, mandatory for ECO4 and Warm Homes Local Grant work.
TrustMark is the UK government-endorsed quality scheme for trades working on residential properties. While not required for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (which uses MCS), TrustMark registration is mandatory for ECO4, Warm Homes Local Grant and Great British Insulation Scheme work.
TrustMark requires: registration with an approved Scheme Provider (NICEIC, NAPIT, BBA, etc.), compliance with PAS 2030/2035 retrofit standards, lodgement of every job on the TrustMark database, and provision of a 25-year insurance-backed guarantee on all measures installed.
For Cornwall homeowners receiving any government-funded retrofit grant, always check that the installer is TrustMark-registered for the specific measure being installed. CCS holds TrustMark registration for ASHP, GSHP, solar PV and insulation. See our accreditations page.
